Second supposed fuel pump failure with only 850 miles on the odometer. So they just replaced the fuel pump and gave me back my truck. I asked them what was causing the failures they said maybe a bad batch of fuel pumps. REALLY?! What kind of crap answer is that. I told them it is probably the TIPM but they said it was fine. Which I totally do not believe for one minute.

Fuel Pump should not go bad at 150 miles. I think there is another issue with the truck.

Really sad thing is they wanted to just replace the fuel pump again. I told them if they did I would Lemon Law the truck. 3 fuel pumps bad in 1200 miles. REALLY?!? Luckily I tested the volts to the fuel pump before I took the truck to the dealership. 2.3V was what the TIPM was sending to the pump. I also told them if the fuel pump was bad how come it would not start the day before when it was getting 2.3V and the next day it was getting 12.3V and I drove it to you. Tell you what, it is amazing what will pass for s service writer and mechanic these days.

5th time for same thing. They are finally gonna Lemon Law the truck but I have to continue to drive the breakdown queen till they get a replacement which they said could take 6 weeks or more. Not fair if you ask me!
