The contact owns a 2017 Ram 1500. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 19V818000 (equipment, engine and engine cooling) and 20V036000 (power train) however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. My Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat (4650 E pickard rd, mt pleasant, mi 48858) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issues. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
