i purchased my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn on June 25 2019, and I noticed static in all the fm radio stations. I told the dealer about it and brought it into the shop the next day. They replaced the antenna, and there was no change, so I took it directly to a dodge dealer (with the vehicle still under warranty) and they replaced the entire radio - with no change.
I've dropped it off on 4 more occasions and they tried to tell me thats just how Dodge Radios are these days (BULLS***). This last drop off, they had my truck for an entire week working with so called Chrysler tech assistants, only to tell me there's nothing that can be done and its working as designed. They say that it's caused by a weak radio signal which they have no control over. So you mean to tell me that my vehicle is the only one that has a weak radio signal, because the rentals I've been in and every other vehicle I've been in are all crystal clear.
