1500 Big Horn 5.7L V8

Rocker panels started rusting from the inside out. Passenger side worse than driver's side. Noticed bubbled paint when truck was only 5 years old. Now truck is 7 years old, only has 85,000 miles on it and there are rust holes all the way through the rocker panel on the passenger side.
