The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 62,000.

Additionally, the fuel gauge displayed an inaccurate fuel level. The contact stated that with a full fuel tank, the fuel gauge indicated an empty fuel tank. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the fuel pump sensor was defective. The vehicle was not repaired. The local dealer foss motors located at 133 portsmouth ave, exeter, nh 03833, and the manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 44,000.
