I noticed that my truck felt harder to steer after having my AC compressor replaced. Pretty sure that was just a coincidence. Had my tires rotated/balanced and from end aligned today and the mechanic agreed with me that the steering was hard at low speeds or from a standstill.
Did an internet search and it seems that the electronic steering on these Rams is an issue.
Called local Dodge dealer, waited on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up, called back, and was sent to a salesman's voice mail. Hung up, called back and left a message for service writer two hours ago. Still no response.
