Received Recall notice VB1/NHTSA 19V-757-EGR Cooler replacement. Have been calling dealership since I received the recall notice and keep being told no parts available for this recall repair. Was told to call back in June 2020, and still no resolution to this known issue. Received notification parts are available, but when contacting dealership, keep being told to call back in June 2021. Finally called today and mentioned my next call was to the NHST if no resolution or date for replacement part. They scheduled it in two weeks! Took over 17 months to have a somewhat of a resolution for this potentially dangerous recall part!!!!
