The contact owns a 2018 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the defroster failed to defrost the windows and she was unable to visually see the roadway. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer where it was diagnosed with needing the radio assembly to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired but was pending repairs. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.

The contact owns a 2018 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the defroster failed to defrost the windows when the heater was activated. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to crown Dodge of fayetteville (436 N mcpherson church rd, fayetteville, nc 28303, (910)-920-9613) to be diagnosed, but the cause of the failure could not be duplicated. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that he would have to take the vehicle back to the dealer for more diagnostic testing. The failure mileage was 88,200.
