My Uconnect screen has been freezing up and becoming unresponsive to touch for almost the last 2 years, and I bought this truck brand new with 15 miles on it, so I know nothing has been messed with. At first I thought it would fix itself with updates, etc. but it just keeps gets worse. My backup camera will blank out, I'm not able to change the volume even with the manual knob... this is extremely dangerous and Chrysler and Uconnect needs to fix this. Every time I call I get the same answer - take it in. Well, it's intermittent and I can't really leave my truck at the dealership for days on end hoping someone catches the issue when it happens. This is obviously a widespread issue if you look at forums and other sites.
