I bought the truck brand new. The app didn't work the first time I used it. I have had it in three times to get fixed. They say it is a programming error and the people are working on it. The only time I hear from the dealer is when I call to ask what is going on with the app. The dealer is Anderson Dodge in Rockford Illinois. It's the one app that I like to use all the time. It would be nice if the dealer would call once in while and keep me posted on any progress with this problem.
