The contact owns a 2020 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the driver's side sun visor was fractured, causing the sun visor to fell and obstruct the contact's view while driving. The contact stated that the driver's side sun visor had previously been replaced three times, and the passenger's side sun visor had been replaced four times; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who determined that the driver's side sun visor needed to be replaced again. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000.

The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the front driver-??s side sun visor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, in July 2023, the passenger-??s side sun visor detached. The contact called the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 12,183.
