This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ram dealer.
Purchased vehicle on 11 April 2020. Had to go back to dealer the following week for two recalls. Now the Service Air Suspension indicator light in the cluster came on and the indicator lights to adjust the suspension do not work. As a result I took vehicle to dealer for repair. After sitting in the customer waiting room for 2 1/2 hours; the service manager came out to tell me that they are still diagnosing the problem and have no idea why the suspension went out.
As a result, I had to leave the vehicle at the dealer, while they try to figure out how to repair the issue. I do not fault the service manager and his crew. Taking the vehicle back weekly to the dealer was not in my plans. Now, I am without my new vehicle for - well, I don't know how long. I will update when I receive any information from the dealer and their service department.
