The contact owns a 2020 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving at 60 MPH, the sunroof suddenly shattered, raining down glass into the interior of the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 40,000.
