1500 5.7L Hemi

  • Automatic transmission

First the dealer balanced the front tires and then told me that it was fixed. I drove home and the problem was still there. I went back the next day and insisted that they balance all four tires and ride with me on a test drive. The service manager drove my truck on the test drive and said that he also felt the vibration. Next he was going to replace my wheels and tires with the wheels and tires from another new truck (10 miles in it). I asked him to drive the new truck first to insure that it was OK. He left the dealership with the other truck and returned 15 minutes later and stated that it had a vibration the same as my truck.

I returned to the dealership the next Monday morning as asked to do so by the service manager. he showed me where the HAUL/TOW switch was and had me drive my truck at 65 MPH and engage that switch. It made no difference. The vibration was still there. In fact, I tried it at 50MPH, 60MPH and 70mph. Vibration was there at all of those speeds and every speed in between. I left my truck with them and it has been there for more than a week now and they haven't done anything to fix it. I either want my truck fixed or I want a full refund under the Lemon Laws of the state and I want something done in a reasonable amount of time. I paid $44,000 for that truck. I would like to use it !
