electrical failures due to parasitic drain kills battery

The vehicle suffers repeated electrical failures leading to dead batteries and parasitic drain. Despite multiple battery replacements and dealer diagnostics showing numerous electrical codes, Chrysler refuses to authorize repairs.

Details:

Purchased July 2025 with 33k miles. Within two months, battery failed completely; replaced by AAA. Battery died again within weeks, requiring repeated jump?starts. On multiple trips (vacation and cross?country), battery failed several times, leaving driver stranded.

Diagnostic scan revealed 40 electrical codes. (listed in the picture) Dealer replicated issue but Chrysler denied parts authorization, blaming the 12V battery. Vehicle has been at dealer for over a month with no resolution.

Safety Concern: The truck repeatedly fails to start, stranding the driver in unsafe locations. Electrical systems cycle on/off unpredictably, posing risk of fire or system failure while driving. Owner forced to drive long distances without shutting off engine to avoid being stranded.

Repeated breakdowns during long-distance travel created safety risks for myself and my family. Forced reliance on AAA, battery jumpers, and rental cars. Extended displacement from my home in Maryland, relying on family housing in Chicago. Financial burden from diagnostic fees, rental car costs, and lost time.

My truck remains at the Dodge dealership until they can fill this out, but they are telling me that Chrysler is refusing to give them authorization to get the part to fix. Meanwhile, I am stuck in Chicago while the rest of my family is in Maryland. Chrysler denies paying for a rental car stating that it isn't a warranty issue. Now waiting for a field technician to determine if the hours' worth of technician's diagnosis is valid.
