Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing intermittent electrical and driver assistance system malfunctions. These issues included warning messages, unexpected system behavior, and periods where multiple advanced driver assistance features were unavailable or disabled. The problem first occurred around April 4, 2025, at approximately 665 miles. Since then, the issue has occurred intermittently and has been difficult to predict or reliably reproduce. I brought the vehicle to an authorized dealer multiple times for warranty repair. On at least one visit, the dealer was unable to duplicate the concern. On subsequent visits, the dealer performed warranty-related diagnostics and repairs; however, the original issues have not been clearly confirmed as resolved. At times, the vehicle was deemed drivable but not confirmed to be fully repaired. Manufacturer technical assistance (STAR/engineering) has been involved in reviewing data and test results. As of the most recent service visit, the vehicle remains under review, and I do not have confirmation that the root cause has been identified or corrected. The intermittent nature of the malfunction and loss of driver assistance features creates concern for vehicle reliability and safety, especially when the systems fail without warning.

Unable to smoothly and safely accelerate from a stop. If you apply the lightest possible touch to the throttle the vehicle will surge and have a shuttering feeling, not smooth or linear, once pressed slightly further the truck accelerates in an unsafe fashion both forward and reverse. Hooking up a trailer is very dangerous as are all maneuvers when pulling away from a stop.

My speedometer is off by 9mph while traveling 70mph. When I purchased my vehicle new from the dealer, they had already installed bigger tires. I noticed that my speedometer showed 70mph and my gps showed 79mph. I took it to the dealer and they showed me where they had programed the new tire size in the computer but it did not adjust my speedometer. The service manager said its withing normal limits. I have been pulled over twice for "speeding" when my speedometer said 58mph and the cop said he clocked me at 65mph. I feel like this could be a saftey issue for potentially speeding in unsafe zones such as construction or school zones without knowing it.

Driving on the highway with cruise control set, heard a beep and looked at my instrument cluster. Cluster went blank, cruise control turned off, lane management turned off. Then another beep turned on instrument panel and now was frozen at 0 as I was driving at highway speed. Next I was stopped at the off ramp and instrument panel said I was doing 57. I have videos of it happening. And it is in a constant frozen to reboot stage

The instrument cluster panel went blank for over 40 miles, despite us stopping, shutting off and restarting, etc. We had no idea what speed we were going or any of the metrics monitored by the instrument cluster like turn signals, fuel level, engine temperature, etc. No cruise control. We took it to an auto parts store that captured the error code U0155. The RAM app on my Iphone also sent a warning that the blind spot monitoring failed. I will be bringing it to Champion Chrysler Dodge Ram in Lansing, MI, on 7/7/2025 and do not intend to take it back until this problem is resolved. While the instrument cluster panel went back to normal since then, how can I be assured it will not fault again and what safety protocols can I rely upon?

Adaptive cruise control does not work, Forward collision warning does not work, pedestrian emergency braking does not work, auto emergency braking does not work among other non safety issues. Dealer is aware and has ordered a new infotainment system which controls all these safety features but is unable to get it from the manufacturer for the last 6 months. This system did not work from the day I picked up the vehicle

On 4/22/25 I was driving home from store and my truck down shifted to low and wouldn't come out of gear.the screen went blue as well. The truck has been in shop for 5 weeks and was told the truck had several codes that they couldn't figure out and the code are scrambled. I asked the service manager if the truck is safe and he said he thinks it should be. I was told by Stellantis Representative that they are trying g to get a regional engineer to find out what ls going on. I was also told by the Service Manager at Greenville Chrysler if they can't duplicate the issue they are going to release the vehicle. I told them several times that I have to be guaranteed that the truck is safe for my family and my self.
