13 days after purchasing my new 2025 1500 etorque ram pickup it wouldn't start. No power at all meaning, like the battery was dead but wasn't. The interior overhead light was on and the gear indicator light was lit saying it was in park, but nothing else. The dash or anything else worked, locks windows...... I pressed the start button, with my foot on the brake, nothing happened. I called the dealer, by the time they showed and hour and half later, the truck started. They took the truck in and found nothing wrong with the truck. I have it back, but I am doing research to see if anyone else has had or is having the same issue. The truck is 2 weeks old with only 400 miles on it now. The dealers response is if it happens again take pictures. I purchased a new truck because my 2019 2500 was out of warrantee, my husband said there was no need for me to have a 2500, it was the best truck, nothing wrong with it. After a year of him nagging me I finally caved and now I have headaches. As soon as I can I will trade it in for chevy, hate this truck.
