The contact owns a 2012 Ram 2500. While driving 50 mph, the vehicle stalled and failed to restart. The contact had to move the key slowly in order for the vehicle to start. The vehicle was taken to grieger's motor sales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (1756 w us hwy 30, valparaiso, in 46385, 219-462-4117) where it was diagnosed that the ignition switch failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 61,000. The VIN was unknown.
