The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of eugene (2121 martin luther king jr blvd, eugene, or 97401) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

The contact owns a 2013 Ram 2500. While driving various speeds or while parked, the service tire pressure, SRS air bag, and low coolant warning lights illuminated. Also, the radio would turn on and off with the volume excessively loud. All the locks in the vehicle would lock and unlock periodically. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the body control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the remedy failed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.

Went back to the dealer on 3/16/2016 at 11:30 am due to not getting any return phone calls from the messages I left and found that nothing had been done. These recalls could be dangerous but san antonio Chrysler Dodge does not think so.
