The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500. Received a recall notification ( 05/30/19 ) vehicle not repaired in a reasonable amount of time latches/locks/linkages the contact received a recall notification for NHTSA campaign number: 19V347000 ( latches/locks/linkages ) and stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time to repair the vehicle. The dealer smolich motors, 1865 ne hwy 20, bend, or 97701, confirmed parts not available to perform the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
