I just got back from best buy after spending $1000 on a new car stereo. This one is doing the exact same thing. ARGHHH! Now I need it obviously has to be the wiring leading up to the stereo as the stereo worked when purchased. Help! I have a new truck with less than 14,000 miles on it and this is yet another thing to go with the stack of recalls on my desk. They come in monthly. It spends more time in the shop than being used. We're afraid to drive the thing for the pure number of recalls. It's a horrible truck that I wouldn't sell to my worst enemy.
They should be ashamed by not recalling the trucks and replacing them with a brand new truck. They are only work a scrap heap.
Anybody who knows what this problem is and how to fix it before hubby trades it for a different brand truck.
