The contact owns a 2014 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while making a turn, an abnormal sound was heard from the passenger side tire and the front wheels seized. The anti-lock brake system and the traction control warning lights illuminated. The 'service anti-lock brakes' warning message displayed. The contact mentioned that the tire on the front passenger side was completely ripped off due to the failure. The contact coasted to the road. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The front passenger tire was replaced by the contact and was taken to the dealer where the cause of the failure was not determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 23,000.
