I have had it to 2 dealers to fix the vibration problem--starts about 65 mph. They aligned front end, balanced tires, changed tires, still vibrates. Took to 2 different tire companies and paid to have the tires balanced, still vibrates at 65 mph and up. Dealers don't seem to resolve issue. I about ready to trade this shaking beast off.

Anyone have any ideas? Truck pulls like a mule but shakes like a tree.

Update from Feb 6, 2019: After several attempts to fix the vibration, I changed the wheels and no more vibrations.

I replaced the chrome clad steel wheels with aluminum, apparently there have been problems with the chrome clad steel wheels and they will not fix or recall the junk wheels.

I ordered my 2014 Ram Tradesman 2500. The first day that I finally got to see it after waiting months for the build process I took it for a test drive and did notice the vibration at various speeds (mostly from 62-64mph). Then, I thought nothing of it, the sales woman was riding with me and never said a word. Now this truck has the cylinder deactivation in it as do they all now and I thought maybe that that was the cause "making transition from 8 cylinders to 4". It was not.

I drove it for a month before taking it to the dealership to have them look at it. They reported that the clutch shutter valve wasn't functioning properly and there were scratches in the clutch bore. The converter was overheating to the point where it had changed color to blue and after removing the converter 5 hours later the temperature was at 149 degrees F. They replaced the converter and shutter valve parts and updated software. I drove it 14 miles down the road and the vibration came back. I took it back to the dealer they checked it over and found nothing and ended up calling engineering and they gave me a letter saying that it is not a problem and that this will exist in their 3/4 and 1 ton trucks equipped with the 6.4 and that this vibration will not hurt the vehicle and if driver doesn't like it they can engage tow haul mode.

THAT FRUSTRATES ME!!! Since then the vibration problem has gotten worse. I'm currently at 6000 miles and now it vibrates at nearly all speeds. I will be going back to Dodge soon and let them look at it again, hopefully they can get it resolved.
