Spoke with Uconnect and Dodge about this problem with no luck. They keep saying it is the greatest system out there. My phone does not connect all the time I have to keep reinstalling it. My son has a 2012 Mustang and it connects to it just fine. They keep saying my operating system is not supported. I can get into other cars with no problem. Dodge dealer where I bought the truck would not change my radio as they said that lots of people were having the same problems.
