The contact owns a 2015 Ram 2500. While driving 65 mph, the instrument panel lighting failed to illuminate. The contact received a notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15V799000(electrical system); however, the part or remedy for the recall was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,400. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
