The contact owns a 2015 Ram 2500. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 17V562000 (engine and engine cooling). The contact stated that the recall repair exceeded a reasonable amount of time for repair. Ken garff West valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat (4175 West 3500 S, West valley city, ut 84120) confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy and did not know when they would be available. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect. Contact states vehicle will not pass emission inspection due to multiple emissions failure. Water pump was replaced by salt lake valley Dodge.
