The contact owns a 2016 Ram 2500. While driving 55 mph, the tailgate unlatched and opened independently, which caused the items on the bed of the vehicle to fall onto the highway. The vehicle was taken to urse Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (14 tygart valley mall, white hall, wv 26554, (304) 363-9300), but they claimed to know nothing about the tailgate failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 9,800. *
