The contact owns a 2016 Ram 2500. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start and the battery warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to white motors Inc (175 old farm rd, roanoke rapids, nc 27870, (252)-537-6138) where it was diagnosed that the alternator failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The failure mileage was 57,000.
