WINDSHIELD
For concern of rear view mirror loose or fell off, inspect mirror button. If the mirror button detatched from the winshield, please follow the normal repair process and take pictures of the button and the winshield trademark and email to: Diego Estrada - diego.estrada@fcagroup.com to send the mirror button to the engineering team for analysis If you happen to replace the windshield please send it to him as well.
If further information is needed, please contact Diego Estrada at (248) 494-2651 If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
