For concern of front door window inoperative, please verify if the glass clips are still adhered to the glass. If clips are not attached, please take some detailed pictures of the glass bottom edges where the clips go and also of the clips to verify if there was poor aplication of urethane or if adhesion failed and contact FCA Redacted Content to report findings and set up a potential part return for analysis. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
