For concern of error message ?Park Assist System Disabled? displayed on the Cluster with DTC U0137 stored or active, please review the communication path between the ITBM and PTS (Parktronics ? Park Assist System). Follow U0137 and Communication Diagnostic Procedure to rule out potential improper connector installation, damage harness / connector, water intrusion, or TPO issues. If the DTC U0137 is stored, please do 5 igniton cycles from bus sleep mode and verify if the DTC becomes active. If the DCT U0137 is active, please create and email a copy of the Scan Report to: FCA Redacted Content We will review the scan report and let you know next step as soon as we can. Please contact FCA Redacted Content for any questions. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
