The contact owns a 2020 Ram 2500. The contact stated that the navigation system was inoperable. The contact called the local dealer and was informed that the Sirius XM radio was needed for the Navigation system to be operable. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure however, no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 33,500. The VIN was not available.

2020 Dodge Ram 2500. Consumer writes in regards to defective gps navigation system. The consumer stated the gps would direct the vehicle under overpasses even though it shouldn't have as the camper it was towing was too large. The manufacturer was contacted and knew of the defect, but did not have a solution.
