The contact owns a 2020 Ram 2500, equipped with Firestone Tires, Tire Line: TransForce HT, Tire Size: 245/70/R17, DOT Number: (NA). The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, he noticed that the front and rear passenger-€™s side tires were flat and had bubbles along the sidewall. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the tires needed to be replaced. The tires were replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the front and rear passenger-€™s side tires needed to be replaced. The vehicle remained at the dealer awaiting the repair. The tires were the original equipment. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage for the tire and vehicle was 17,000. The VIN was not available.
