The contact owns a 2020 Ram 2500. The contact stated that the Defroster/Defogger failed to work while plowing snow. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer but was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and told the contact that they were unable to assist. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
