I was out plowing when my wipers stopped working. brought it in for service and they first said the wiper motor was bad cost for diagnoices was $169 issue was not the motor. after second trip for service they found a defaulty fuse box additional charge over $800. I received a letter from FCA concerning recall 97A NHTSA recall 23V-654 and the directions for the recall suggest that I can do an OTA update or as the video linked in the recall suggest a download from [XXX] to correct this issue. I cannot get either resource to work to correct this issue described in the recall. This website and OTA updates for issues is a known problem with FCA products and suggests they do not care about correcting the metrics outlined in the recall. I would like for the file to be available or if they do not want them to be downloadable at least the OTA update system work or mail the files to the customer.
