no bus error - all cluster lights on no bus error - all cluster lights on

At first I was told I needed to replace the batteries. 400 dollars later new batteries are installed. I short time later the problem returns. The wipers turn on, all the gauges go to zero, all the warning lights turn on, turn signals don't work. I took the truck back to the dealer and because it was acting normal and the codes were clear they said there was nothing they could do. A few months later on a clear dry day it happens again. This time I record it. Speedometer and tachometer are both at 0, wipers turn on, all warning lights are on as I'm driving. The dealer replaced the gauge cluster - twice, replaced the TIPM module and the truck is still there. Today is 5/5/2019. They have had the truck since 4/2/2019. I have the extended warranty through Mopar. When I called the warranty customer service line they said they don't see any notes from the dealer only the parts request. I wish they would at least document the problem. 50K for a truck that might as well be a paper weight. I've owned 5 other Dodge/Ram vehicles and they were great. This one not so much. Where do I go from here???? Please help!
