The contact owns a 2013 Ram 3500. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA campaign number: 17V562000 (engine and engine cooling) and stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time to perform the repairs. The dealer (lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of missoula, 5001 grizzly court, missoula, Montana 59808) confirmed that the parts were not available to perform the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
