Vehicle windshield wipers malfunctioned and will not turn off, kills vehicle battery. Wipers do not function with fuse removed to prevent battery from draining, and windshield from being damaged, cannot safely drive vehicle in rain. Truck is now not safe to drive, cannot obtain inspection sticker, and Ram cannot provide a replacement part to fix the vehicle. Part has been on back order for 3 months and will not provide a rental. I am being forced by Ram to drive a vehicle, with my family, that is not safe, and illegally because I cannot obtain an inspection sticker and my registration will be revoked soon. Truck was never repaired and dealer (artioli Dodge/Ram) closed repair order without completing the repair.
