The contact owns a 2014 Ram 3500. The contact stated that the gps in the vehicle would not work and the maintenance warning indicator would not clear off of the instrument panel after the maintenance service was performed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the gps failed and the unit needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it remained for over a month until it was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 28,447.
