The contact owns a 2015 Ram 3500. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V818000 (equipment, engine and engine cooling) however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact contacted bill bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 3401 us-441, fruitland park, fl 34731 where they informed that the part was not available. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact the parts would become available in March 2020. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
