The contact owns a 2018 Ram 3500. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the front passenger's side seat belt ceased and could not able be unlatched. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to karmart Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (660 auto blvd, burlington, wa 98233) where it was diagnosed however, the technician stated that nothing needing to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
