The contact owns a fleet of 2021 Ram 3500. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously taken to a local dealer to be serviced under NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V398000 (Wheels); however, while driving at an undisclosed speed, the passenger-??s side rear wheel studs fractured. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was then towed to an independent mechanic, where it remained awaiting diagnostic and repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 24,000.
