Discovered that the passenger side seat belt warning chime does not operate when someone is sitting in the passenger side front seat. I contacted the manufacturer just now who told me no one will be in contact with me, they just take the information. I asked the value of their customer care and they responded I don-??t know. A case number was assigned but again, I was informed no one will make contact. I would think this is a safety law violation especially since we live in California. I need help here please.
