problem #2

4500 Laramie 6.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 23,176 miles

Original tires cupping, had balanced, this did not fix the problem. Two new balanced front tires put on and a front end alignment. Now front passenger tire wearing on inside and truck shakes at speeds above 75 mph. Tires balanced again a little help on shaking still wearing badly. Another front end alignment still wearing and shake is back at certain speeds. Dealership says truck needs front end alignment. Three front end alignments in less than four months? Just so you will know most dealerships cannot balance the tires on a Ram 4500, nor can they perform a front end alignment.

4500 Laramie 6.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 37,501 miles

Took truck to Larry H Miller Dodge Ram, Avondale AZ. They said tires needed balance, they are unable to balance tires on Ram 4500 sent it out to have it done. Lasted about 1000 miles still have the issue. Tires wearing uneven after two alignments and tires being balanced numerous times. I have filed complaint with Ram appears will have to go to arbitration. Lost numerous loads as well as money out of pocket trying to resolve issue.
