5500 6.7L Cummins

I purchased this 2019 Ram 5500 from a local Dodge dealer, it was outfitted with a 19.5 rollback carrier and purchased for use as a tow truck commercially. Over 2 weeks ago, my driver loaded with a car on a 68 mile tow called and said that the truck had just shut off, and would not restart. I had it towed to the selling dealer and was told by their service personnel that it was down due to the injection pump having failed and contaminated the whole fuel system AND that it would take 3-4 months just to get the parts and another week to do the repairs, assuming they could get to it. He also informed me that there were 3 others waiting for the same parts. SO...dodge/chrysler/ram/fiat has been aware of this problem for some time but had not advised any consumer or at least not me. I stopped by the dealership yesterday 11/02/2020 and was told that a dealer in Florida has "15" waiting parts.

At first, I was offered a loaner car, or truck IF Enterprise had a truck, which of course they didn't. But now, after I have located rental agency's that have rentals, the dealership and Chrysler fleet customer service advise me that they WILL NOT provide me with a rental. My truck generated several hundred $$$ per day towing cars and trucks, and I am losing that revenue yet Chrysler/Ram refuse to compensate me or to provide me with a rental or loaner. The dealership's finance office said that they would finance me another one, but the owner said he would no go buy one to sell me.

My question is simple, how many others are going through these changes with their Ram with the cummins engine and is there any class action suits going on that I could join in? This is total bulls*** and I am the loser all around. If anyone knows of any class actions going on with this issue, feel free to contact me, google Get "Em" In Towing LLC in Ky.
