The contact owns a 2018 Ram Promaster. While driving during the daytime, the contact was unable to view the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to kahlo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (9900 pleasant St, noblesville, in 46060, (317) 773-6363) where it was determined that it was designed that way. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and agreed with the dealer. The approximate failure mileage was 400.
