This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ram dealer.
I purchased a new 2015 Winnebago Travato in July of 2014. With less than 2,600 miles on the vehicle, it would not shift past 40 mph. A dealer in Dallas diagnosed the problem as needing software update. Got the vehicle and less than a mile from the dealership, check engine light came on. Dealer this time replaced the solenoid pack. Drove less than 5 miles and the check engine light came on. Dealer then replaced the PCM. Have driven about 300 miles and it seems to be working fine.

will not shift into reverse
900 miles on truck, going back and forth to the dealer for same problem they have no fix for. RAM told dealer they might have a solution in April. Transmission is an electrically shifted manual that has not operated since the day I picked it up. Trying to get on the road as an expediter; try backing into a dock with no reverse. Shame on RAM for shipping these to dealers and just now I saw their ad on t.v. touting the EcoDiesel that has this transmission.

Today is 12-11-2015 and the dealer still has not even started on my van 22 days today. Hired a lawyer to file a lemon law suite
