The contact owns a 2016 Ram pro-master city. The contact stated that while attempting to exit the vehicle, he was unable to unlatch the driver's side seat belt. The contact stated that the tongue ceased inside of the buckle. The contact called local dealer (greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram located at 9051 E colonial dr, orlando, fl 32817) and was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 29,328.
