Dear sir/madam Renault Duster new car. Since last one year very bad service from Renault after sales in riyadh (saudi arabia) workshop for the following problems as follows. (these problems since beginning till now and I visited several time to workshop) 1. warmer heater problem 2. break jerk 3. air leak last visit there was big meeting in Renault showroom for this issue as I tolerated too much even they agreed if problem occurs again we will surrender car and get back our money because same thing we informed to ministry of commerce and media. This we will get help from ministry and media to publish to aware of public knowledge cc. Ministry of commerce cc. Sabq news paper cc. Other media source note: After sales manager - [xxx] - GM, just ignoring customer complaint till warranty finish.
