The contact owns a 2006 Saab 9-7X. While driving approximately 45-50 mph, the contact stated that the check engine light, engine down arrow light and stability track light illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle suddenly slowed down. The contact was only able to drive 25-30 mph. The vehicle was diagnosed at an auto parts store. The code indicated that the throttle body was the cause of the failure. The failure was intermittent at first but progressed and was constant. The part for repair was backordered. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was 68,000 and the current mileage was 68,500.
